  • 1 1/2c. flour 
  • 1t. baking soda 
  • 1/2t. salt
  • 1t. cinnamon 
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2c. sugar 
  • 3/4c. brown sugar 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 2t. vanilla 
  • 3c. oats
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips 

How to Make Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies  

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Sift dry ingredients (first four), and set aside. 
  3. Beat butter and peanut butter together until fluffy. 
  4. Add both sugars, and cream 2-3 minutes on medium speed. 
  5. Beat in eggs and vanilla. 
  6. Stir in oats, chips, and nuts. 
  7. Use a teaspoon scoop to drop the dough onto pans. Leave about an inch between each. 
  8. Bake 12 minutes, until golden brown. 
  9. Cool 5 minutes on pans, before removing to wire racks.
