Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef 
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 28 oz. canned tomatoes
  • 2 cans water
  • 4 bouillon cubes
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 cans mixed vegetables
  • ½ c, orzo
  • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Place first six ingredients into soup pot (so, burger through onion mix).  Bring to a boil. 
  • Stir in mixed vegetables and boil 20 minutes. 
  • Stir in orzo, and boil for 10 more minutes. 
  • Remove from heat, and stir in Worcestershire sauce.
